Served on Board and in Executive Roles both as MD and Non-Executive Chairman, most recently with Zenith Minerals as Executive Chair (ASX:ZNC)

Ranko is a Chartered Accountant with over 30-years experience in the areas of financial and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory.

He has been Involved in an advisory capacity to over 40 initial public offerings and other re-capitalisations and re-listings of ASX companies in the last 20 years.

Currently Ranko is also a director of ASX listed companies Panther Metals Limited, Australian Gold & Copper Limited, Lycaon Resources Limited and East Energy Resources Limited.

+25 years' experience in mining and exploration

Previous experience in technical and management roles for Harmony Gold, Atlas Iron, Focus Minerals (ASX:FML) and Kingston Resources (ASX:KSN)

Currently the Managing Director of advanced WA gold explorer Great Boulder Resources (ASX:GBR)

Experienced mining industry executive with a broad ranging career both in Australia and overseas

Resource industry experience covering exploration, project acquisition, project development and production across a variety of commodities focused on gold, base metals and vanadium, complemented with 7 years’ experience in the Australian equity markets

Has served as a director for a number of ASX resource companies, most recently as MD of Technology Metals Australia Limited.

+20 years' experience in corporate advisory and accounting with a focus in the resource industry
