Cosmo Metals Ltd (Cosmo; ASX: CMO) is an ASX-listed, gold and base metals exploration company with key projects located in Western Australia.

In early 2024, Cosmo announced the acquisition of the Kanowna Gold Project (KGP) located adjacent to Northern Star’s 7Moz Au Kanowna Belle gold mine some 15km northeast of Kalgoorlie.

Cosmo is also active in the underexplored Yamarna Belt in the Eastern Goldfields region which is considered highly prospective for copper-nickel-cobalt (Cu-Ni-Co) and platinum group elements (PGE).

40km northwest of the Yarmana Project, Cosmo holds the 480km2 Wurnda Lithium Project under applications. Wurnda has the potential for the discovery of belt-scale lithium deposits with early work identifying a 60km long Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) pathfinder soil anomaly in an area with no historical drilling.
